- Information you provide: when you complete the contact form, we collect your name, phone number, email address and the content of your message. You are not required to provide this information, but without contact details we cannot get back to you.
- WhatsApp, phone or email: the contact buttons open an external service (such as WhatsApp), and any information you send through it is also subject to that service’s privacy policy.
- Technical and statistical information: while you browse, information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and time of visit is collected using Google Analytics and WP Statistics, for statistical analysis of Website use.
- Spam filtering: form content and IP addresses may be checked by filtering services (Akismet and Maspik) to block spam.
Important: please do not submit detailed medical information through the Website form. Medical information is provided and documented during your consultation and treatment at the clinic.
How we use the information
- Responding to inquiries and scheduling appointments.
- Operating and securing the Website and preventing misuse.
- Improving the Website and our service, based on statistical data.

We do not use information submitted on the Website to send marketing messages without your consent.
