Dr. Andra Rettman’s clinic is committed to making this website accessible to all users, including people with disabilities, in accordance with Israel’s Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998, and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013.
Accessibility standard
We are working to align the website with Israeli Standard 5568, which is based on the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0, at level AA.
Accessibility features
- Language and text direction are defined on every page (Hebrew right-to-left, English left-to-right) to support screen readers.
- A hierarchical heading structure, with a single main heading on each page.
- Full keyboard navigation of the main menu and submenus, with a clearly visible focus indicator.
- Menus, buttons and links with text descriptions for screen readers.
- A fully responsive layout for mobile devices and different screen sizes.
- An accessibility toolbar that allows, among other things, enlarging text, changing contrast and highlighting links.
- A full English version of the website.
Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible, including content embedded from external websites (such as videos, articles and third-party documents) and some images that do not yet have complete alternative text. We continue to improve the accessibility of the website on an ongoing basis.
